Zelenskyy Issues Direct Warning to Lukashenko

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Ultimatum has issued a direct public ultimatum to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, demanding the removal or deactivation of signal boosters allegedly being used to direct fire at the Ukrainian civilian population.

The warning was reported by journalist Riffat Kausar via SNN News Finland.

Signal Boosters Located in Two Border Regions

According to Zelenskyy, the signal boosting equipment is positioned in two Belarusian regions bordering Ukraine Belomoskov and Minsk.

The devices are described as actively directing fire toward Ukrainian civilians, representing what Kyiv considers a direct act of hostile military facilitation by Minsk.

One Week Deadline or Ukraine Will Act

Zelenskyy’s ultimatum is unambiguous if Lukashenko fails to remove or disable the equipment within seven days, Ukraine will take unilateral action to neutralize the threat.

“If Lukashenko does not remove or deactivate them within a week, we will do it.”

The statement marks one of the most direct public threats Kyiv has issued toward Minsk since the start of the conflict.

Belarus’s Role in the Ukraine Conflict

Belarus has been a key staging ground for Russian military operations since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022. Lukashenko’s government has consistently denied direct combat involvement while permitting Russian forces to operate from Belarusian territory.

The presence of signal boosters directing fire at Ukrainian civilians if confirmed would represent a significant escalation in Belarus’s active role in the conflict.

No Response From Minsk

As of the time of reporting, neither President Lukashenko nor any official representative of the Belarusian government has publicly responded to Zelenskyy’s ultimatum.

The Kremlin has also not issued any statement regarding the warning or the alleged signal booster installations.

International Implications

A unilateral Ukrainian military action inside Belarusian territory would mark an unprecedented escalation with potentially serious consequences for regional stability across Eastern Europe.
