Saudi Arabia has unveiled the Ceer EXOBOT, its first domestically built electric vehicles, introducing a sedan and an SUV that the state-backed automaker says can produce up to 1,111 horsepower and 1,500 Nm of torque in their highest-performance configuration.
The vehicles were revealed on Monday by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, who also chairs Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), according to Ceer and multiple outlets covering the launch. Ceer, first announced in 2022 as a joint venture between PIF and Taiwan’s Foxconn, is described by the company as the country’s first homegrown automotive brand.

The EXOBOT sedan and SUV are the first of a planned seven-model lineup Ceer intends to roll out over the next five years, according to the company.
Both vehicles will be built at the Ceer Manufacturing Complex in King Abdullah Economic City, which Ceer describes as the largest auto production facility in the Middle East.
In their launch trim, the EXOBOT models use a tri-motor, all-wheel-drive setup producing up to 850 horsepower, according to Ceer’s published specifications.
A higher-output configuration raises that to 1,111 hp and 1,500 Nm of torque. Ceer has cited a 0–100 km/h time of 2.6 seconds for the sedan and 2.9 seconds for the SUV in launch trim; the exact acceleration figures for the higher-output variant have not been independently confirmed across sources at the time of writing.
Battery, Range and Charging
Both models run on a 112 kWh NCM battery and an 800-volt electrical architecture, which Ceer says allows a 10–80% charge in under 30 minutes. The sedan has an estimated NEDC range of up to 670 km, while the SUV is rated for up to 560 km, per Ceer’s figures.
Design and Technology Features
The EXOBOT models include steer-by-wire technology, rear-wheel steering, adaptive dual-chamber air suspension and torque-vectoring, according to Ceer.
Design elements include upward-opening gullwing doors and no conventional B-pillar between the front and rear doors; Reuters has reported that Ceer is using high-strength materials to support this structure.
Inside, the vehicles feature a pillar-to-pillar 48-inch curved display Ceer calls the “Digital Horizon,” along with 3D navigation, camera-based mirrors in place of traditional side mirrors, and a built-in voice assistant supporting Arabic.
