According to foreign media, FBI Director Kash Patel confirmed that Sandy Rodriguez Singh listed among the FBI’s top 10 most wanted was taken into custody in India.

Reports state that Singh is being extradited back to the United States to be handed over to Texas authorities.
Sandy Rodriguez Singh was placed on the FBI’s most wanted list after being accused of murdering her 6-year-old son, Noel Rodriguez Alvarez.

Authorities say Noel has been missing since November 2022 and is presumed dead. The case came to light in March 2023 when the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services conducted a welfare check on the boy.
Texas officials revealed the child suffered from multiple health and developmental issues and was last seen in October 2022.
