Former U.S. President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have presented a 20-point peace proposal for Gaza, warning Hamas to accept the terms or face serious consequences.

The two leaders revealed the plan during a joint appearance at the White House, describing it as a landmark step and “a new chapter” for the region.

Netanyahu warned that Israel would take decisive action if Hamas refused to accept the proposal.

Reports indicated that Hamas was not consulted before the announcement.

A senior Hamas figure, Mahmoud Mardawi, told Reuters the group had not even received the document at the time.

Later, Qatari and Egyptian mediators briefed Hamas on the details during meetings in Gaza.
