Reports from Ukraine indicate that a Russian strike hit the southern port city of Odesa last night. At least

five people were injured in the attack, while massive fires broke out across multiple areas of the city.

Emergency services rushed to the scene to contain the blazes and assist the wounded.

The extent of the damage is still being assessed.

Local authorities have condemned the assault, noting

that Odesa remains a frequent target of Russian missile and drone attacks amid the ongoing war.
