A shocking crime has been reported in Texas, where a Cuban national and repeat offender, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, brutally killed an Indian man outside a Dallas motel.

According to police reports, the victim was 50-year-old Chandra Nagamallaiah, who was attacked in the motel’s parking lot. Witnesses, including his wife and 18-year-old son, tried to intervene but were forced back as the suspect carried out the fatal assault.

Authorities confirmed that Cobos-Martinez had a long criminal history in the U.S. He was released from an ICE detention facility earlier this year. Deportation to Cuba was not possible, as Cuban authorities refused to accept him, citing his record as a violent offender.

The incident has sparked outrage and renewed debate over the presence of repeat criminal offenders and illegal migrants in American cities. Police confirmed that the suspect has been arrested, and further investigations are underway.
