Second Weshah Brother Killed in Gaza

The Israeli army has killed Ahmed Weshah, a photojournalist working in Gaza, according to a report by journalist Hammad Kahlun via Scandinavian News Finland.

Ahmed Weshah is the brother of Mohammed Samir Weshah, a fellow journalist who was also killed by the Israeli army in Gaza approximately two months ago.

Two Journalists From the Same Family Killed Within Months

The deaths of both brothers represent one of the starkest examples of repeated loss within a single press family during the ongoing Israeli military operations in Gaza.

Mohammed Samir Weshah was killed first Photojournalist, with his brother Ahmed now confirmed dead in a subsequent Israeli army strike, making this a double bereavement for the Weshah family within a span of roughly eight weeks.
