Kallas Russia’s three step tactic threatens Europe

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said that Russia uses a classic three-step negotiating tactic: first, it demands what it never had,

then it issues ultimatums and threats, and in the end, voices in the West emerge, offering Russia concessions it never possessed.

Kallas warned that if Ukraine falls, the security of the whole of Europe will be at risk.
