Khamenei Iran Won’t Bow to US Demands

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has declared that Iran will firmly resist any U.S. attempts to make Tehran “obedient.” His remarks were reported by Iranian state media on Sunday.

Khamenei stressed that suggestions for direct talks with Washington represent only a shallow understanding of the issue. “Those who suggest talks with the U.S. ignore the deeper realities. In my opinion, the issue is not solvable,” he stated.

The comments highlight ongoing tensions between Tehran and Washington as disputes over sanctions and regional policies continue to escalate.
