The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has reportedly carried out an airstrike on an Afghan Taliban military base located in the Spin Buldak area of Kandahar province, near the Pakistan border.

According to early reports, the operation targeted militant positions used for cross-border attacks against Pakistan. The area, known for frequent clashes and smuggling routes, holds significant strategic importance for both sides.

Security analysts suggest that this move signals Islamabad’s increasing resolve to respond to Taliban-linked militancy and protect its border regions. The Afghan Taliban has not yet issued an official statement on the incident.
