A second incident was reported on May 9 in the same Raksila area.
Police said they received reports that a man on a bicycle approached a woman described as being of foreign origin. According to investigators, the suspect allegedly pushed or struck the woman from behind before leaving the scene.
The woman did not suffer physical injuries, but the incident caused concern among witnesses and local residents.
Because both cases involved similar circumstances, police are examining whether the same suspect may be involved.
