Observers question whether this represents the vision of a “New India” once promised a nation built on justice, equality, and constitutional values. Instead, many see this as a disturbing example of hate-driven governance,
where religion dictates justice and power overshadows the rule of law.
Calls are growing for an independent investigation and accountability from both state and central authorities to ensure protection for all communities and uphold India’s secular and democratic principles.
