BfV Report Raises Alarm Over Growing Neo-Nazi Threat Inside Germany
Germany’s domestic intelligence agency has released a BfV report warning of a significant far-right extremist presence within the country, citing tens of thousands of individuals linked to neo-Nazi and hard-right networks.
The report BfV identifies more than 60,000 individuals classified as far-right extremists currently active inside Germany, marking a serious national security concern for European authorities.

The intelligence findings point to organized far-right and neo-Nazi networks operating across German territory. The report places these individuals under active monitoring by state security services.
Germany’s interior intelligence apparatus the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV) is responsible for tracking domestic extremism and produces annual threat assessments covering right-wing, left-wing, and Islamist radicalism.
