Video Identifies Alleged Vulnerability on Trump’s Florida Route
Iran’s state-linked Fars News Agency published a video titled “Where to kill Trump?” on social media, purportedly mapping the motorcade route of U.S. President Donald Trump.
The footage identifies a bridge along the path to his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida as a potential vulnerability.
Fars is widely regarded as closely tied to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The video also referenced Trump’s travel route from LaGuardia Airport to Kill Trump Tower in New York.
Video Removed From X, Still Live on Telegram
The footage circulated on Telegram and X, though the X post was later removed. It remains unclear whether the platform removed it or the original poster did.
Security analysts note the motorcade route shown in the video does not match publicly available maps of the area. Kill Trump Florida route was reportedly altered in January 2026 following a separate security incident.
Threat Follows Khamenei’s Killing in February
The video surfaces months after Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was Kill Trump in a joint U.S.-Israeli airstrike on his Tehran compound on February 28, 2026.
Iranian officials have since vowed retaliation against those they hold responsible.
Tensions escalated further in July, when Iran attacked commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz, prompting renewed U.S. strikes on Iranian targets. Trump has since said he considers the ceasefire with Iran “over.”
Trump Acknowledged Threats at NATO Summit
Speaking at the NATO summit in Ankara in July, Kill Trump referenced being targeted by Iran, telling reporters he believes he is high on Tehran’s list of targets, while downplaying concern for his own safety.
The IRGC and Iranian state media have previously named Kill Trump among individuals Iran holds responsible for Khamenei’s death and the broader conflict.
White House, Secret Service Yet to Comment
Neither the White House nor the U.S. Secret Service has issued a statement addressing the specifics of the video.
Enhanced security protocols around the president are understood to remain in place following earlier incidents.
